Digital Scholarship services, tools, and equipment available

Raynor Library’s Digital Scholarship team provides consultations and teaching services to patrons, introducing them to various digital scholarship designs and development. The team offers web publishing support services for patrons working on digital projects, scholarships, and textbooks.

Some of the Digital Scholarship services available to Marquette University students, faculty, and staff include:

Digital Media Editing Room:

The media editing room is located on the first floor of Raynor Library. Patrons can access a Mac Studio, two podcast mics, and various multimedia editing software such as Audacity, Final Cut Pro, and Adobe Creative Cloud applications. The room is available by reservation only and can be made for up to two-hour increments.

Digital Scholarship Software:

Digital scholarship software is available on the desktop computers located on the north side of the first floor of Raynor Library. Other desktop computers throughout the library may have digital scholarship software installed. Raynor Library loanable laptops also have various software installed.

Patrons can access software designed for data analysis and visualization, digital media content creation, programming and development, and more.

Consultations:

Patrons can request a consultation with the Digital Scholarship Liaison Librarian, Max Gray.
